When I got into contact with Jimmy over the phone at the West Covina location, I was very straight forward with what I wanted to pay, the down-payment I had, a trade in, and I didn't want to waste anyone's time. My question was, what can you do for me? He tells me, "Oh believe me, I won't waste your time nor mine." Perfect! Calculated everything and assured me he'd get me what I wanted. We met in person and Jimmy had me out of there in 3 hours with the exact car and color I wanted. He worked hard for me to leave the dealership extremely satisfied. Jimmy paid close attention to my needs. He is very charismatic, informative, rational, and attentive. When I went back a few days later to have the clear guards added, I was waiting and Jimmy came and gave me an ice cream bar!
