Well stocked dealership considering the nationwide shortage. Drove 3 hours to this dealership to find the specific model I was looking for since VERY few dealerships had it available. Service department technicians Jesus & Ulysses assisted me with my recent error code for my 2005 Honda Odyssey radio. Fixing the radio was not the issue. When we disconnected the battery, a small piece o me with my recent error code for my 2005 Honda Odyssey radio. Fixing the radio was not the issue. When we disconnected the battery, a small piece of the battery connector dropped inside the engine and we could not find it (due to my carelessness). Ulysses searched endlessly to find a number of substitute parts to replace the small piece. Finally after a minimum of 45 minutes , Ulysses found a piece that temporarily fixed the issue. You do not get service like this all the time. I appreciate this type of service and I hope you let them know they represented West Covina Norm Reeves well. More
