Our sales rep. Shahnaz was Amazing… As for the finance person he was very rude when it came to our decision on Extended warranty to the point that my Wife and I almost backed out of the deal. Personally person he was very rude when it came to our decision on Extended warranty to the point that my Wife and I almost backed out of the deal. Personally I feel as if he needs to be re trained on how to accept no is no when it comes to costumer service and the costumer is always right. Other than his attitude my wife and I are now proud owners of a Honda Vehicle.. More

Wish I could give this business a 0 star I went in and ask for a new 2022 civic at msrp , from what I was told they don't charge over msrp ... hahah yah right they force an extra 4k of useless accessories ask for a new 2022 civic at msrp , from what I was told they don't charge over msrp ... hahah yah right they force an extra 4k of useless accessories that you can't ask for them to remove and when you try to negotiate they'll give this story about how they need to make money blah blah ... stop advertising at msrp on your website if you guys are forcing an add on of 4k . The part that makes me laugh is they said they just added these accessories because of the shortage lol super lie ... dealers have tried that xxxx for years . I'll end up finding a vehicular elsewhere ... even tho they claim to be the best price More

Well stocked dealership considering the nationwide shortage. Drove 3 hours to this dealership to find the specific model I was looking for since VERY few dealerships had it available. Out of the few t shortage. Drove 3 hours to this dealership to find the specific model I was looking for since VERY few dealerships had it available. Out of the few that did have the model I wanted, this was the only dealership that didn't have a dealer markup on price.... overall great experience. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a Hoda. More
