Our sales rep. Shahnaz was Amazing… As for the finance person he was very rude when it came to our decision on Extended warranty to the point that my Wife and I almost backed out of the deal. Personally person he was very rude when it came to our decision on Extended warranty to the point that my Wife and I almost backed out of the deal. Personally I feel as if he needs to be re trained on how to accept no is no when it comes to costumer service and the costumer is always right.
