I talked to a lot of dealerships last week, and some of them wasted my time telling me a price that I wanted and then not having the car they said, pressuring and upselling me. Gabe was straightforward and down to earth and just a genuine person I felt ok trusting. I really appreciated that he, for example, encouraged me that I could get more for my old car at Carmax (true) and he even offered the extra nice gesture of picking me up from Carmax after instead of me Ubering back to West Covina, which was a small thing but honestly made the whole experience feel more friendly. I like that he really heard me about what I wanted and could afford and was transparent, found the car I wanted to a markup I agreed was reasonable (well, 2022 version of reasonable) and made an experience I find extremely stressful as unthreatening as possible. You should give him a raise or a bonus for giving your dealership a good name, because I will definitely recommend him to friends. More

Unfortunately I had no choice but to select a star. Though they did not deserve any. We drove for 3 hours because we thought we had reached an agreement. The sales rep was Jason, however upon sitting down and reviewing our numbers, he completely changed everything, he had the audacity to call me a liar and tell me I had the numbers twisted in my head. When in-fact we had multiple text messages that he chose not to refer to. I did not drive for 3 hours to be disrespected and have my time wasted. It's unfortunate that reps like him give others a bad name. They also ran the credit multiple times and it was unnecessary because the credit score is high. After all his insults I decided to leave. I was contacted by the Manager Chris, supposedly to make a deal and make it right. However the deal was nothing different then what Jason had presented. Even after all the disrespect I was still open to hearing Chris In hopes that he really was trying to make it right, but I was proved again that they play games and they're unprofessional. And again my time was wasted There's many dealerships out there that do have great Reps, don't waste your time here. More
