While searching the internet to buy a car, I was connected with Valeria Soto, an employee at the Norm Reeves Honda West Covina dealership. She contacted me and very bluntly asked if I would visit h connected with Valeria Soto, an employee at the Norm Reeves Honda West Covina dealership. She contacted me and very bluntly asked if I would visit her dealer today, with the unpleasant feeling of almost coercion. She didn't show any consideration for her clients' ideas or schedules. Also, I am not fluent in English, but I could sense that the way she spoke was very unfriendly. I felt she was so ignorant that I couldn't believe she was the one doing her sales. And she didn't have a basic attitude towards customers. I felt so bad and while I was telling her that I had no desire to buy her car from her dealership through her, she hung up on her phone. I was very offended to be associated with such a rude, ignorant and lacking staff. I had a pretty good feeling about Honda cars. however That good feeling was gone because of her. More
