I made an appointmemt to go to the maintenance center at 8/26 am 8 clock.around 9 clock,they informed me that I would not be able to pick up the car until 3 clock in the afternoon,I offered to give me a spa 8/26 am 8 clock.around 9 clock,they informed me that I would not be able to pick up the car until 3 clock in the afternoon,I offered to give me a spare car or have a car to take me home,but was rejected ,I really very disappointed with you guys,how bad could your service be? My wife and I purchased a new 2023 Honda Pilot Trailsport on 08/06/2023. We were acknowledged promptly by staff but realized everyone was extremely busy finishing up with other customers on a Sunday night. However, several members of your team assured us not to worry as they would certainly take care of us as soon as possible. In short, we all were patient with each other and stuck around for a wonderful overall experience. Gabe Torres in sales was genuine, accommodating and professional as he guided us through the whole process serving our needs and negotiating a fair price. Amer ‘Jake’ Dababneh followed through with the financing and was also a pleasure to deal with. What a great experience!
