First time buying a car and decided the first stop would be Norm Reeves Honda Superstore West Covina, we were luckily to meet Ricardo Villamar (sales & leasing consultant) wh and decided the first stop would be Norm Reeves Honda Superstore West Covina, we were luckily to meet Ricardo Villamar (sales & leasing consultant) who was friendly, informative, and most importantly did not make me feel pressured. I drove two cars , asked many question and some over again and he answered all of them. Left having an idea of what car I wanted but wanted to “shop around”. Next day ended up at another Honda dealership where none of my questions were answered, felt embarrassed to ask questions and feeling as though I was inconveniencing them. So I went right back to Ricardo, sat down and asked all the questions I had( had my credit score explained to me, reviewed my car payments, reviewed down payments over and over until it made sense to me) and got my car !!! If you’re looking for a car and don’t know where to start Ricardo and Honda West Covina is the place to go.
