Prior to my visit, my dad and I had inquired about a specific make, model and color. John got back to us immediately and luckily the car was available (only one in stock I believe). I had my doubts as a first time car buyer but when we finally met, he was super friendly and honest. He had the car parked outside to check out to make sure it was exactly the one I wanted. After that it was a smooth process. He answered all my questions to the best of his knowledge and the paperwork was simple and was no hassle at all. We still keep in touch and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More

I forgot the name of the gentleman who assisted us in the Finance Dept, but he also provided great customer service. It was wonderful that they allowed us to choose whether we wanted to put add-on on our vehicle, and if so we could choose which ones we wanted. Some dealers put ad-ons on a vehicle before they try to sell it. This is the second car we have purchased here, and whenever my husband's current car dies, (it has over 200,000 miles on it), we will be back. More

I just told John Gomez what i need in a van, and what i want to pay monthly, he was able to offer me what i told him and get the van that i want, i was in and out of the dealer in less than an hour, thanks to the great effort of John and Eugene, it was really a stress free car buying experience.
