This experience was good, however my past experiences here have been less than awesome. It takes forever to get parts, I waited more than a year for a nozzle for my wipers and I waited more than a week t here have been less than awesome. I came in 1/29 for a nail in my tire, I have a tire package, and was told by Tristan that there weren't any and they were ordered and would be there Thursday. I never heard anything back so I called Tristan Friday afternoon and had to leave a message. Never got a call back. I called and left another message for Tristan Monday afternoon and never heard back. Tuesday afternoon I decided to call the parts department myself and lo and behold the tire was there so I drove up and got Hannah this time. She was very nice and understanding and my tire was replaced and I was on my way. I shouldn't need to be calling every day to find out if the part is there or not. Meanwhile I'm having to air up my tire all the time because of the nail. More
