Dealership like a car doctor which means a relevant and accurate diagnosis specific to the car. Instead I was given a list of repairs recommended based on some common and yet some arbitrary recommendations accurate diagnosis specific to the car. Instead I was given a list of repairs recommended based on some common and yet some arbitrary recommendations without even checking the car yet. As a human being, one would apparently hate this type of physician. And unfortunately so would a car. Just one example to make the point: tire rotation was recommended right away. I mentioned my car doesn’t drive that much and then the tire thread was measured. No surprise they are exactly the same between rear tires and front ones. Of course the service is extremely slow. I noticed it was not that busy at the day but it still took 3 hours or more to complete a simple and routine job. Lastly the guy ( not the original service gentleman) was very adamant about overcharging beyond what had been agreed. In summary the service seems not trustworthy. The customer drives away with more uncertainties about the car. More
