I first contacted American Honda about my P0 172 code also did some investigation finding out. It was a very common fuel injector Technical bulletin with an extended emissions warranty. I informed American Honda that I put off the repair due to personal issues and they said to go into, An authorized Honda dealer to get an estimate for the diagnostics and the replacement of the fuel injectors. my service advisor did not really listen to my issue and the technician ups told me to do a fuel injector cleaning which doesn’t fix the fuel injections basically a waste of time what I really needed was an estimate written up so I can send this to American Honda and they can make a decision for the Goodwill repair. My car is still in a check engine 172 and I cannot get anybody from Norm Reeves management to call me back. It took 5 1/2 hours to perform the fuel injection cleaning with the result of recommendation to replace the fuel injectors, but without the proper paperwork done American Honda said I have to go back and contact Norm reeves to correct it and then resubmit it. I don’t feel that I’ve experienced any helpful Honda with Norm Reeves. More
1. The sales guy dn’t know the basic features of the car. He does even know the location of the jack. Very slow in respondibg after sales issues. The car is not full tank when it was endorsed. Quality control is bad. Found cosmetics defect the after fee days, paint defects, cabin foam is poping out. It was poorly detail inside, found spme finger prints tge following day. 3. The finance guy was intense in latter part of negotiations. 4. Custoner Service (Kevin Harris) response is good in addressing the paint issues. Bellflower Collision Center did a good job. The foam popping is still need to resolve. More

We are charged for services we Were led to believe were included in our service contract at time of purchase. Services that are recommended are frequently unnecessary. Service wait times take far too lon included in our service contract at time of purchase. Services that are recommended are frequently unnecessary. Service wait times take far too long. We regret purchasing a service contact, as it only really includes oil changes that are required at far less frequency than we were led to believe. We would have been far better off declining the service agreement and taking the car to a quick lube service. More
