Clean and spacious waiting areas including restrooms are maintained well. It’s great there are options for vending machine and outside vendors are allowed to be going around selling food or snacks. maintained well. No better than any other dealership. Prices are on the high side and overall work is only ok. I had the AC evaporator replaced which set me back $2,400. I got the car back and it now Prices are on the high side and overall work is only ok. I had the AC evaporator replaced which set me back $2,400. I got the car back and it now has a buzz coming from the dash. I brought it back twice to get it fixed. First guy says it was a loose wire and the secured it and the noise is gone. Noise returned on my drive home. Came back and another tech tells me it’s a known issue and that management wouldn’t approve the fix because it would cost them $2,000 to remove the dash and fix the part. Shortly after returning home, I had to go back because the mechanic left a panel the belongs under the dash in the back seat. All that and I still have a buzz coming from my dash… More
Extremely unprofessional the second I walked in at 7am employees were riding electric scooters speeding through the bay in which customers drop off there vehicle. I was told setting an appointment at 7 am employees were riding electric scooters speeding through the bay in which customers drop off there vehicle. I was told setting an appointment at 7 am would be the most effective to have my car looked at and inspected due to my limited schedule. When I arrived and spoke to Trevor Rodriguez about my situation regarding a noise my car was making he scoffed as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. After waiting about 15 minutes he told me that I would have to wait until 9 am for the “master technician” to arrive and inspect my car at 9 am he said I could stay there and wait or drop off my car until he got there. Since I was already late to work I decided to trust this establishment and leave my car there. I was told the “master technician” would arrive and inspect my car first thing and I would have an update by 10 am. I called at 11:00 am and was told hes currently on the drive with the car. I was then called again at 11:30 am letting me know the technician had returned with my car and claimed to have heard no strange noise and that the car was fine. I asked Trevor if I could pick up the car after work. When I arrived around 3pm after work that afternoon to retrieve my car and speak to the technician I waited about 10 minutes to receive my car accompanied by a friend. After my car was brought into the service bay and the Keyes were dropped at Trevor’s desk 2 employees came and started tugging the door handle to try and get in and drive the car. I called it out to another employee and he let them know to not touch the car. After waiting another 10 minutes the “master technician” came out and stated that he could not hear anything going on with the car. He then proceeded to show me a print out of a Honda forum (which I still have) talking about a rattle noise in a 2024 Honda pilot due to an exhaust bolt when I have a 2023 type r…… he then proceeded to insist to lift the car up and look for any loose bolts once he couldn’t find it u asked him if he would go on a test drive with me because I know at exactly what rpm’s the car makes the sound at ( which I told Trevor initially). Upon entering my car I immediately noticed there was absolutely no ppe in the car ( steering wheel cover, floor mats) I found crumbs in the driver floor along with black smudge stains on my red mats. When I asked Jo the “master technician” he stated that you guys no longer provide that when a month earlier I had went to Buena Park Honda for an oil change on my civic sport and it was covered in PPE when the car was dropped off it had 6,377 miles on it upon picking it up it had 6,388 miles. Why was my car driven for that long and that distance to ultimately come up with no solution. I have much more to add. More
