I did not feel any pressure from him, I only felt his genuine interest for my needs. He showed me thee utmost care during my visit and even entertained my 7 month old baby we walked around the lot. He was considerate of my time and got me in and out in no time with my new car. I have recommended Chandika to my friends and family. My wife and I did not expect to drive with a brand new car last Saturday, we already checked 2 other Honda dealers, Norm Reeves was out third and we h My wife and I did not expect to drive with a brand new car last Saturday, we already checked 2 other Honda dealers, Norm Reeves was out third and we had another dealer in our list. We made an appointment with Kim Kelly Lujan to talk about options and prices and basically everything moved in the right direction. She was very clear, well informed, friendly, confident and just nice. From the customer service stand point, she made us feel comfortable while dealing and deciding with all the different options and prices. She worked diligently with us to get the numbers that we were comfortable with, and we believe was a good fair price It took some time to go thru the finance department, but you want someone who checks everything and someone who takes his time to go over all the paperwork involved, and someone who make sure that all numbers add up correctly, we think was time well invested. We believe good customer service is a really big part for any successful business, and Kim sure provided excellent customer service, along with Michelle Villanueva who guided me with some of the vehicle features.
