Got my 2017 Honda Ridgeline. I had very good experience with the dealership and would have given 5 Stars but.... When they did a credit check I was told that I had no credit ratin I had very good experience with the dealership and would have given 5 Stars but.... When they did a credit check I was told that I had no credit rating and the car loan would be at 11%?!! Wow! I knew immediately something was not right because I have very good credit and the only debt I had was my house. In less than 3 years the house will be paid off. Also I have zero balance on my credit card bills too. Well I looked at the paperwork they have done on me and found out that they put the wrong date on my birthday. As soon they corrected it and did another credit check, I had a credit rating of 828 with a approved loan of 1.9% for 4 years. After that everything ran smoothly and I was only there for 4 hours. Now that might sound like a long time but it wasn't compare other times in my past when buying a car took almost all day. My advice is to go in the morning before 9:00 am and make sure you bring all documents and paperwork that might help speed up your time there. I am so happy with my Honda Ridgeline RTL-T and planning to keep it for a long time. I would recommend this dealership folks. Just make sure that all the information for your credit check is correct and you will be fine at Norms Reeves Honda folks. More
