I had visited ~7 dealerships before coming to this facility. Not only did Kevin greet me with honest and helpful information, he was more than willing to go out of his way to make sure I was happy. facility. Only after spending some time with him did I realize how half-assed the other dealers had treated the experience. The overall price for the car was good (if I had shopped around for awhile more I probably could have saved a few dollars) but I was more than happy to pay the small difference for the service I received. I had actually visited the Norm Reeves store in West Covina the day before and walked away without purchasing a car. The price actually didn't change but my experience was a 360 when I came and spoke with Kevin. Purchasing a new car can be very stressful and Kevin made it comfortable and pleasant. Carlton was very efficient and friendly. He took good care of me while I waited (which was a very short amount of time). He helped me get the finance I needed to buy the car and explained each step. Maurice, from finance management was also very helpful. He also explained everything I needed to know about the payments of my car and even helped break down the best way to pay off my car with the littlest amount of interests applied.
