My buying experience was fairly positive. Kendra was very friendly and helpful in getting the price and information on the car. When it was time to finalize the purchase she prepped me as to what to bring and do beforehand that that seemed to shave off some time. Overall a good experience. A few annoyances - Haggling over trade in for my old car seemed to take much longer than I was told and the price offered seemed ridiculous. I decided to sell private party and more than doubled what they were offering. Also the initial office we met in was upstairs and seemed to have the temperature set too high. I am guessing this is for a psychological effect - I found it annoying. However by far the most irritating was that they couldn't bother to talk about the extra cost of the alarm that was already installed until after starting the paperwork with the finance. I was going to get the alarm anyway so it wasn't much of an issue but it comes off as dishonest and smells of trickery. They should be up front at the beginning that the alarm is already installed and if I want it - it will be $x.xx. That way I know up front and can make a decision rather than the pressure tactic of well we can have it removed but it is going to take hours... etc... Sneaky in my opinion. More
