My review only pertains to the sales and finance department since I haven't had my car serviced yet. I bought a Honda Odyssey LX .. We had been to different dealerships but none of the sales consultants were as friendly and knowledgable as Susan. Sales associate Nick Pin was very friendly and helpful. He found the car we were looking for (2013 Fit Sport). He helped a lot in sealing the deal. The negotiation and transaction went easy. I checked tire pressures and found rear tires had low pressure and front tires over-inflated. The tires were not checked and inflated properly by the technician at the dealer. Easy fix but I would have preferred more attention to detail. Anyway It's always good to verify tire pressure and fluid levels of the car. More
