Lore was great. We got the name of the dealership from Auto Club. Lore called that afternoon to get the information she needed. We made the appointment for 9/3. That Saturday was very busy. She spent time going over the features of this car. We went for a test drive and when we got back we told her that this car was sold. She took in to detailing right away and started the paper work. It truly took less time than normal. She made the process enjoyable. She's genuine. The gentleman in the finance department was terrific also.
