I just went online and I got a response from a sales rep within two hours of searching online. Rene Baltazar is friendly, persistent, and most of all; they made my wife and I feel important as if we are the only one buying a car that day. The staff opened doors and said hello, unlike this other dealership I went to. I got a couple follow up emails and calls from a manager. When it came to Finance, Ziggy was also friendly and was not aggressive in selling me extra security or options. Overall, a wonderful experience. One thing I would recommend is to improve the play area for the kids in sales and finance. More
