I had been to at least 15 dealers large and small looking for a car for my mother in-law. The guys at Norm Reeves were great, friendly very helpfull but best of all no pressure. We took a test drive and when I made an offer he was very mater of fact, This sounds like something we can do. Sure enough they accepted my offer and we had a deal. I saved $1900.00 !!! Then I went to vist Rich in finance and he was just as professional and super nice, very fast and he answered all my questions. Overall a great place to buy a car!! More

We leased our Honda Odyssey 4 years ago and loved it. I was ready to no longer be a mini van mom so I looked into the Honda Cross Tour and spoke to Tony. About a month later I returned and purchased my CrossTour. It was a smooth transaction. He was honest and a no B.S. guy. Meaning he didn't feed me any B.S. If he didn't know the answer to a question he would say he didn't know but would find out. He was very knowledgeable in the important stuff. I highly recommend Tony as a sales guy and hope he is there in 10 years when I'm ready for a new vehicle. I'm actually buying this one this time otherwise I'd go back to Tony in 3-4 years.
