I just purchased a care yesterday from here and worked with Martin. VERY FRIENDLY!! Offered coffee and tea several times since it was a cold night. Great experience from start to finish. I was shopping around for different new cars, and was interested in a Honda Accord as well. I worked with Ted Suh from the internet manager department, great guy, and what a great price for this 2011 Special Edition Honda Accord, absolutely the best price around in Southern California, and I did alot of shopping around, and this was definitely the best price. Also, I have the feeling that I wasn't abandoned after the sale, where you get at some places. Follow up calls and contacts makes you feel that they actually take pride in having your business. More

I was relocating to Los Angeles from New York City (where I was not a car owner), and began communicating about 10 days prior to my move with salesmen Adil Khan. Mr. Khan was excellent over the phone, sent quotes via email meeting all my specifications and was friendly and knowledgeable in person. I had communicated with several Los Angeles dealers, and Norm Reeves / Adil Khan were the best at communicating across the distance, and offered me a rate on a 2011 Honda Civic LX that was $2,000-3,000 less expensive than the other dealerships I had reached out to. (I also made it a point to only contact 5-star dealerships). When I arrived the day after my flight, I was assisted immediately, and walked out with my beautiful new Civic. The location is slightly south of LA, but the dealership itself is huge. The only thing I was not sure about regarding the car I was interested in was color, and they had every color I was interested in in stock. Most of the dealerships I have seen in LA are 1/10th the size of Norm Reeves. The staff is knowledgeable and have great customer service attitudes. I even got a tutorial on how everything in the vehicle works (from valet trunk lock, to steering will adjustments). Another thing I liked about Norm Reeves is that there was no funny business. Based on previous experiences with less-than-honest car dealerships and horror stories from friends, I was still alert and reading every word of my contract. Adil Khan made a deal precisely as promised in his internet quote, and while they discussed the various financing terms and gave options, it was very laidback, honest, and not at all pushy. In addition to my car, I was given a voucher booklet for free and discounted oil changes/maintenance, and a discount voucher for a future car purchase by me or a friend. Hint: Do a little research before contacting Norm Reeves about what model car you want, but Honda vehicles are absolutely excellent and the sales team will be able to give you any information you need to make an informed decision and offer you a great price. In short, I landed on an airplane, and within 24 hours drove off in a gorgeous brand new vehicle. Completely positive experience from start to finish. More

We went to Norm Reeves because of the selection I assumed was available, and I was right! The lot was well organized. I enjoyed how the pilots were labeled on the lot. Our salesman, Lito was helpful and seemed to enjoyed what he was doing. What was the most exciting thing was that they had the EXACT model with the EXACT exterior/interior combination I wanted. The price was fair I didn't walk away feeling ripped off or "man, I got a great deal!" But that's on me for not doing more research before I walked onto the lot. I was just so excited they had what I wanted. That NEVER happens!! The only thing was there some waiting. There was a wait for the finance department, we were number 4 on the list and no one was getting called, then after about 20 minutes a few more finance guys arrived to take care of the customers waiting. I was told they were called in because of the wait time. We sailed through the finance department no high pressure sales for the add-ons. Lito was waiting for us when we were done and we drove off in our new car! The salesman basically stayed with us through the whole process. It was a good experience and I would recommend Norm Reeves Honda. I will go back, but it won't be for at least 10 years, because that is how long Hondas last!! More
