My sister and I were shopping for a brand new Honda Fit EX-L and this place (Winn) gave us by far the best quote. We made an appointment with her, got there, met up her, and she she showed us the car. The car was already there waiting for us. That was time efficient. Winn was very pleasant to work with. She gets a full 5/5 stars. She was very easy going and lively, perhaps even a little silly. She cracked many jokes and made the process more enjoyable. She is not your typical slimy and shady salesperson who would be done with you once you sign the papers. I would definitely recommend her and go back to her if I ever want a Honda (though I personally like Mazda). Now, the finance department. There was a LONG wait. We waited an hour or so for a finance advisor because they were so busy, provided that it was a day or so before the new year. The finance advisor was fine. He only tried to sell us the alarm and didn't try to get us to buy other useless add ons like GAP, lo jack, service maintenance, and whatnot. He said we didn't need GAP coverage and I appreciate that he was honest about it. The price for the alarm on the other hand was ridiculously high and we had to haggle and haggle. I think it ended up being ~half of what the initial offering was. And then of course one of the car wash machine broke so we had to wait some more for the car to get washed after we were done with finance. The car wasn't dried properly and ended up with a lot of water spots. Would have been better if they left it unwashed. More

Great Service First time buying a car, didn't know what to expect. Went with mother and older sister to buy a Honda brand. Lemme tell you a little about myself big and tall guy, hard to find a space in the driver's seat for me. Went inside and looked for a person my mom knew, Billy Acebron. He was busy so we went outside to look at cards. Looked at some within our price range. A gentleman came by to open a few carswe were interested in so that I can sit in the driver's seat. Unfortunately, none could fit and my legs were in an uncomfortable position. Decided to go back inside because it was hot. Waited a few minutes and Billy was done, so we went back outside to find a car to fit me. After trying out a few cars we eventually found one. So we went back inside, signed some paperwork with Billy and Mucio Sanchez, then eventually left with a new car. All in all, great service, wide selection of cars, and no hassle or arguments. More
