On January 9th, I took my 2021 Honda HRV vehicle to have the shafts checked as they were still making noise. I took it in October to have the shafts checked, but they did not do their job well, as the same the shafts checked as they were still making noise. The vehicle was dusty outside due to the emergency we were experiencing due to the fires, but it was spotless inside. I keep it as clean as possible. The appointment for the vehicle was scheduled at 8:20 in the morning at 1:30 in the afternoon after the Honda Advisor arrived from lunch I was waiting for him he told me that the car was ready, after paying the expenses and I went to get into the vehicle, you don't know that the carpet and the interior of the passenger side were completely dirty, it was unacceptable, I went to Advisor Miguel to complain and throughout my interaction with the Advisor he always made me feel like he was doing me a favor, I felt that he did not treat me as a customer, I did not feel valued nor did he apologize because the car was delivered to me completely dirty, I told him to put a paper on top of the carpet and a plastic on the inside chair so that when they did a job the car would not get dirty or contaminated with a virus, he told me that he no longer does that and that they no longer have a car wash, before the pandemic they put these items to avoid these incidents and avoid inconvenience to customers, the new tires that they installed were also dirty, I also asked him if they could He told me that they don't do that there. The only thing that helped me was finding a young man who was outside taking appointments, and I asked him to clean the carpet and the interior that had been left dirty. In short, I will never buy tires there again and I will be more careful to take pictures before delivering the car and as soon as I receive it so I can upload those pictures and show the public how Honda delivers cars and they don't want to spend money on buying plastic to cover the passenger seat and paper to cover the mats on the driver's side so they don't get dirty. My experience with the advisor was not pleasant at all, as I told you, he always made me feel like he was doing me a favor, and I never felt valued as a customer, I do not recommend this dealership for vehicle maintenance services, as soon as I finish paying for it, I have one more year left, I will think about returning to Toyota Dealer where they know how to treat and take care of your vehicle.
