To whom it may concern I was very disappointed in the Honda auto Center representative. How my wife and I was misled to believe that paying for another tire because I had what look like a nail in my tire Honda auto Center representative. How my wife and I was misled to believe that paying for another tire because I had what look like a nail in my tire I needed to spend almost $300 to have a tire replaced on my vehicle. It did not sound right. My car is a 2025 HRV that was bought last November and for Oscar the representative to charge me almost $300 to buy to install another tire didn’t sit well with my wife and I we question did the new tire on my car Was it under warranty and Oscar Ortega said no so we proceeded to again to address the issue at hand eventually we talk to the manager, and the manager thought or cited that a new tire would be the right thing to do rather than charging us $300 for a new tire I really thought that coming to Honda Reeves will give me a piece of mind when it comes to the maintenance on my new car instead I was very disappointed and I’ll leave it at that, Again we are very disappointed in Oscar Ortega and Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Cerritos. had the most awesome experience yesterday at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos. I took my car for its usual oil change and I won't lie, my day started off awful and I just felt that it was going to keep getting Honda in Cerritos. I took my car for its usual oil change and I won't lie, my day started off awful and I just felt that it was going to keep getting worse, but luckily the gentleman that took my car for service made my day. He helped me save $$ on my oil change, transmission oil change and filters. I was ready to sell my soul but came to find out there was no need to break the bank either and on top of that, he didn't even take long with my cars repairs. I was wowed away. Now this is the type of service we are all looking for.
