And after that they were supposed to change the air filter but I really don't think they did it...it looks really dirty to me, now I have to go back and have then check it and waste more time. More

George Contakos is the best ! He helped me order my car and monitored it through the whole process. He’s the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He helped me order my car and monitored it through the whole process. He’s the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. More
Pros: My service provider Mike Mosley was very nice and professional. My car got almost everything fixed and is running great. Mike was very up front, informative and he kept me up to date on my car. There professional. My car got almost everything fixed and is running great. Mike was very up front, informative and he kept me up to date on my car. There was even a nice man when I picked up my car who was next to Mike's station that started the check out process for me (while Mike was temporarily unavailable) so I can get out faster. Cons: I made an appointment to take my car in for a service weeks earlier. I arrived at my designated time only to be left waiting for 30 minutes before I was actually checked in. There was a very long line of cars also checking in. When I made the appointment on the phone, I told the girl all of the reasons I was servicing my car then I specifically asked her if I would have my car returned the same day, she said yes. When I checked in and gave all of my reasons again, he said it would take at least 2 days to even diagnose my car so they would need to keep my car for at least 2 days but that he would try to see if they could get to it in 1 day for diagnosis. When I asked why it would take 2 days he proceeded to tell me, "as you can see we are very busy" and he also let me know how that day was employee appreciation day and how you were closing for 2 hours. As I was wondering how all of that was my problem or why I had to be so inconvenienced for those reasons I asked, why then did the lady on the phone tell me I would get my car returned by the end of the day and why did she schedule me for this day of you were already so overbooked? His answer was, "I don't know why the service people are telling people that, all I can say is that they are all new and I'm sorry they told you that." A terrible excuse and a bad reflection on the Ford Dealership and the lack of training of there phone service providers. I did appreciate his honesty and know this was beyond his ability to fix so I just said ok and moved on but I was disappointed with the Cerritos Ford as I have been bringing my Ford cars here for years. It did take 2 days to get my car diagnosed but I did receive my car by the end of the second day. Also, I think it's terrible how much you charge for each diagnosis of someone's car. There should be one charge to diagnose a car, not almost $185 for each diagnosis. I had 4 problems going on with my car which is still on a warranty plus I purchased an extra warranty and a maintenance package but still with all of that I was stuck paying almost $185 to get my car back because I rejected an almost $900 service that was already a problem when I bought the used car. I'm not sure I would recommend this dealership right now. I would for sure tell someone about this experience before they went to Cerritos Ford. I would also include the few positive parts of my experience. More
