This dealership is top notch. They have taken care of me and my vehicles in a professional way for over 10 years. I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. This is a completely different review than I'd originally left. So, let me explain quickly why it changed. I bought a 34k truck and it ended up costing 58k and I thought I was being bamboozled. Short left. So, let me explain quickly why it changed. I bought a 34k truck and it ended up costing 58k and I thought I was being bamboozled. Short story. Long story, we came in, we drove the truck, we loved the truck and we bought it. But looking over everything I noticed there were two final prices. The MSRP window sticker, and the dealership sticker. Now, I didn't see either of these at the time, and that's my fault. I should have looked or asked, but in excitement and in guesstimating the price, I didn't ask. So I'd thought I was being bamboozled because one sticker is 10k more than the other. And sure that's a lot, and sure I could have said no and walked away. After all, no one forced me to buy anything. So I left and the next day noticed a few things missing. I called and didn't hear so I instantly thought the worst as one does when it comes to car dealerships. However, I got a call from General Manager David Holmerud and we went over everything. He explained things (that were my fault for not asking when buying the car). Speaking with him more than made up for any negative feelings I had before and honestly, made me a customer for years to come. Is there a significant markup on the truck from their dealer-installed packages? Yes. But that's life. That happens in just about every single thing you buy and half the things you make on your own. So while I was upset and thought I was ripped off. I was not, I paid a high mark up on certain items but that's just the way things go sometimes. The markup is what it is. And on the end, I'm happy I paid extra to have things installed correctly rather than my stepdad putting things in that we found on Craigslist. I have to say Ralph Corrales was a great person to work with. No push. No shove. Here's the truck. Hope you love it. That's it. Ralph is great, as is John Kang, who helped with the financing. If I wanted to split hairs... fine. They told us the price with everything maxed out, gap coverage, bumper to bumper, etc. but we would have gotten that anyway and it saved us from having to listen to the tiers of options. So that's not a complaint it's just something other people might be confused by. As of now, I went from, I hate you, I'm going to throw a brick through the window, to, I'm happy I met you guys, thanks for helping us out, I'll bake cookies and drop some off. Thanks again, everyone. As I said, I'd rather be wrong and find out I just paid a lot, rather than right and fighting over money. More
Other Ford Dealer Service people I talked to says I was extremely over charged on the repair/service I had for my 2015 Ford Explorer Limited - $539.89 to replace 1 headlight bulb, labor only! I'm more than happy to delete this review, actually, I'm hoping to. But currently, we are having issues with Norm Reeves Ford. Everything was great, the sales team, the place itself. But when we test drove hoping to. But currently, we are having issues with Norm Reeves Ford. Everything was great, the sales team, the place itself. But when we test drove the truck, there was no MSRP sticker in the window. But, having priced the vehicle multiple times, I had a decent idea of the price. So, we get rolling, do the credit checks, everything is great, and then we are told the 34k truck is 58k total. Which, I get it, I don't know all the DMV fees, tax, title etc, but I had to say that's insanely high. I found on other paperwork, (not the window sticker) that it's a "Dealer Installed Appearance Package NFR" and that is $10,000 more. There's no breakdown of what that is, no anything. Just, appearance package, 10k. The next day when I find the MSRP sticker under the seat, I notice it lists a few things, not on the truck, and since I'm calling, can someone explain the appearance package? I was told it has to do with paint maintenance. Which... I mean we have bumper to bumper and all paint jobs are covered for 5 years. We bought the truck on Friday 7/15/2022. I called to ask about the missing items and they magically added at the last minute 10k on Saturday. They told m they'll look into it and give me a call Monday. I waited until Wednesday. And so far, radio silence. No one is returning calls, and no one is responding to emails. So now we have to go the legal option to get them to respond, which of course is not the way I want to go, but, we're looking at a magically unexplained $10,000, and $600 more of listed not included items I was charged for. So this sucks, because I really love the truck and I love the experience, but by all appearances, they are price gouging during a supply shortage. Which, according to BBB and Attorney General, is a huge no-no. So, I don't know, I'd love to delete this, but as of now, people here's what's happening. People ordered a car. They got a price for it. When the car arrives, the dealership will offer them X amount to leave it with them. Some people take it, some don't, but when the dealer keeps it, they add that amount, plus the "Dealer Appearance Package" which, I know this vehicle top to bottom, they didn't add anything. I can actually tell you everything it's missing as it's a Lariat First Edition and should have specific valve caps that aren't on it. People are getting scammed, I've been super pleasant and asked, hey give me a call when you can please. But, the radio silence is bringing on a whole wave of issues, which, again, sucks. Sorry Ralph and Martine, but I kind of see what's happening, and know I have to do something to get a response, this is the start of it. More
Vehicle was in for about 3 weeks , each call I made I was just told I’d get a call back . I was dismissed and not even taken seriously. I had to beg my boyfriend to check in cause I continuously was told id just told I’d get a call back . I was dismissed and not even taken seriously. I had to beg my boyfriend to check in cause I continuously was told id get a call back , to never even be given the time of day. By the time my boyfriend called my car was “ “ “miraculously fixed “ On top of that , they had forgotten an oil change that was due and main reason why it got dropped off to get serviced. Nothing but a sexist boys club at Cerritos ford. More
They have upped their game in customer service in the service area. I was planning on going elsewhere when my warranty was up, now I will reconsider after this last visit. service area. I was planning on going elsewhere when my warranty was up, now I will reconsider after this last visit. More
