First time Ford buyer - Amazing experience My wife and were looking for a used Ford Explorer Sport. This is a tough SUV to find. We saw a used one pop up on the Cerritos Ford website and decide My wife and were looking for a used Ford Explorer Sport. This is a tough SUV to find. We saw a used one pop up on the Cerritos Ford website and decided to come by the dealership first thing in the morning to check it out. We had our baby with us as well a tight schedule for work. We were greeted at the door and were immediatly paired up with Gerald Addison to review our needs. My wife was able to feed the baby in the separate childrens room. We told Gerald that we had limited time and knew where the price needed to be for us to make a deal. After a quick test drive and review of the vehicle (Gerald knew everything about the car), we began to discuss pricing. Gerald was very sensitive to our time and very aware that we were a well informed buyer. We started the process, quickly zeroed in on the price and had multiple finanacing options within an hour of us walking in the door. Gerald worked with the Sales manager (great guy - sorry forgot name) to give us a good price for our trade in and to get us the best interest rate. Boom! the Deal was done. Manny was super quick in the final paper work as well. Great job Cerritos Team. The sales experience was awesome. We will recommend our friends to shop at Cerritos first. Jones Family More

Mr. Bednasz was very polite, courteous and accommodating. After two test drives and deciding on which vehicle was the right one for me, Mr. Bednasz quickly got the numbers together for the proposed sale. After only minimal back & forth negotiating, we agreed upon a very reasonable price for both my trade-in and the new vehicle. I then dealt with Fabby Guerra for the finance portion of the transaction, which is usually the worst. Thankfully, Ms. Guerra was very professional, thoughtful and concise in our dealings, which was very pleasant. Overall, this purchase from Cerritos Ford was the absolute best experience I've ever had buying and/or selling a vehicle.
