After researching our new car options with several dealerships, my wife and I chose Norm Reeves Ford Lincoln because they had in stock the exact Linco After researching our new car options with several dealerships, my wife and I chose Norm Reeves Ford Lincoln because they had in stock the exact Lincoln MKX that we wanted. And at a very competitive price. Mike O'Connor, Internet Manager, was exceptionable with his help and the final delivery of the MKX. The entire process was the quickest (about two hours) and most seamless ever for us. Hats off to Mike and his staff! After we got back home we discovered that my wife's cell phone was missing. Thanks to Mike he found it in the Ford Edge that we turned-in. Mike then went out of his way to deliver the phone to us. That's what I mean by "above and beyond service!"
