We apologize for the confusion and your unsatisfactory experience. We were under the impression that you had cancelled the warranty on your own, as you told our Finance Manager, Justin. When this happens, everything is taken out of our hands in regards to paperwork, communication about the warranty, etc. We were not in the loop with timeline of anything because we were not involved with the cancellation. We apologize if this was not communicated with you in a concise manner. This is incorrect. I have emails and texts, it’s not hard for me to show. Here’s the timeline; 3-7 I requested to cancel and received no response. 3-8 requested again, and said to send whatever form is needed. Again, received no response. 3-8 I texted Ashton and was assured Justin WOULD call me the next day. Never got a call. 3-10 texted with Ashton again, and told him I got the form from the warranty company and they were waiting for the dealership to finish the paperwork. 3-11 I filled out the form and sent to Justin and requested it to be signed and returned to me and warranty company. Was asked by Justin to come in and fill out a form, which I responded that I just sent the form to him. Received no response after that. 3-14 asked for update, was told the form was filled out and sent to warranty company. Asked when I could expect a refund, received no response. 3-23 requested update. Received no response. I also made phone calls to the dealership which I was told they would talk to their boss and get back with me, which I never got a single call back on. I also spoke to Rachad the other day and he asked if I’d be willing to remove the review, offered me “an oil change” or “some gas” to which I told him it would take a new set of AT tires, since I was deceived into putting $2,000 more down than I actually needed to. And have yet to hear back, even after calling and leaving a message.
