I dealt with both Jared and jimmy. They both have amazing customer service skills and are efficient in their work. Jimmy has always kept me informed with everything pertaining to the vehicle and the status o customer service skills and are efficient in their work. Jimmy has always kept me informed with everything pertaining to the vehicle and the status on it, most of all...... he’s very consistent and thorough. Dealing with these two service advisors is absolutely incredible. Jared also took the time out of his day to give me information that was in my glove box that’s I needed while the vehicle was sitting at the dealership. He did not have to do that but went the extra mile to accommodate me and has outstanding customer service. These two men are hardworking and take pride in their work which is very rare!! Also.... my closest friend works for Nissan and I know when the ticket is closed they get paid a percentage of it. Please make sure Jared and jimmy split the percentage as they both helped me. Jared wrote up my ticket but when he was off work Jared also assisted me as well. Please recognize both of these two employees for their outstanding and phenomenal performance. More

I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. There were three vehicles ahead of mine, so I had opportunity to watch the staff interact with others besides me.
