Hi Jess, We appreciate you sharing your thoughts here. However, I do want to use this opportunity to clarify a few things. You said in your review that you visited our service department on April 8th with transmission issues. This is correct, and our team performed a multi-point inspection and checked on the 84,000 miles continuously variable transmission warranty extension you mentioned. However, you also mentioned in your review that we would not touch your car. We offered to do repairs, but you declined all repairs.
