We got the same story from Nissan—it isn’t covered and we will have to pay out of pocket to replace it. Our local dealership (Wichita Falls, TX) wouldn’t even touch it since the check engine light wasn’t on. We were literally sitting in their parking lot and the car wouldn’t go into gear. At this point, we refuse to play their games and are looking at other vehicles. More
