Normality the service is good. This week I had to bring in both cars and it was bad all week. I had to keep calling because they didn't call me back as they said they would. The price was much higher tha in both cars and it was bad all week. I had to keep calling because they didn't call me back as they said they would. My experience was okay. It seems that the dealership is understaffed because I was there over 3 hours. I ordered a duplicate key and they couldn't get it completely programmed to my car, but they didn't ch understaffed because I was there over 3 hours. I have always used Nissan for service on my vehicle. I will never be back. I came in on 6/15 for a routine oil change. I arrived at 10:28am and did not leave until 12:08pm. I specifically asked for my windshield wiper fluid to be done, they did not do it. After multiple checks on the status of my car being completed I kept being told it was in the wash area and was almost completed. At noon I asked again and stated I needed to leave. They brought me my car that was unwashed. A routine service should not have taken this long and I should not have been lied to regarding the status of my service. I will find elsewhere to complete my vehicles maintenance. More
