Pleasant experience. Only fault I would bring up is that we were told a certain price would get us below the limit we set for a monthly payment, bit that wasn't the case. Service coordinator was knowledgeable and polite. He fixed my radio and showed me how to do it if it happens again, but it took an hour and a half to change the oil.
