My last service wasn’t my best experience. I provided information about my experiences on two surveys that was sent to me, but it didn’t post. I am tired and busy and don’t want to write everything I already said again. To make a long story short I contacted Jimmy to inform him that my car need servicing. This is something I’ve done in the past since he was the one that sold the vehicles we purchased. We had a good interaction with him, so it was not uncommon to reach out whenever I needed services. However, I didn't get a response so after a week of no reply I took my car in for service. When I got there, I explained to the service person that I will need someone to pick me up. On the way to work after drop off, the driver arranged to pick me up at 12 noon. He said he will take lunch at 11. When it was 12:10 I didn’t get a call from the driver or the service department. When no one came, I called and at that point I was informed he will call me back in 15 mins. I waited 20 mins and no one came or called. I called again and they told me he will get back to me. After waiting a while, I went to Nissan website on the chat and asked for a shuttle . The person I was chatting with got someone to pick me up. Also, when I got my car it wasn't clean and that was also a disappointment. They just did the oil change etc. Overall my experience at my last visit wasn’t great. More
When I purchased my car my salesman was very knowledgeable friendly and courteous. He did a good after purchase check to see if I was happy.
