We did our due diligence to fix the AC issues, but the parts were on hold for a bit, which is why your vehicle was with us for longer than anticipated. We attempted to reach out to you when we went to pick the vehicle up in Graham, but had no response. We did our best to make things more convenient for you by filling your tank up on two different occasions. Aside from that, please let us know what else we can do to rectify the situation. We picked the truck up on a Saturday .We drove it to Graham and the A/C quit working as soon as we pulled into Graham .This is the first week ... understandable you waited on parts the first week I brought it back the following week with a full tank of gas .Yall once again kept it all week and delivered it back to me on a Friday The truck was dead empty with empty coffee cups and trash left in it .I did stop my check after the first incident..When delivered back on that Friday I signed a paper to pay by debit card .I told Jorge i would have to lift limit on card.My bank is open M-F 730-3.So i was going to pay Monday morning .We were called by Sorena on Saturday demanding payment or yall were coming after the truck.Well guess what !?? By Monday the A/c had quit working again !!!Jorge called at 8 AM for payment .I went ahead and paid.I was on phone with Jorge and was pretty much called an idiot saying 5 was hottest part of the day ..well it dont blow hot air because its 5.I took the truck back for the third time with a full tank .They did give me a loaner this time .We were told the machine was out of calibration and put to much oil in the system.They kept it another week and I picked up and waited 30 min and got in truck fuel light on !!! I got out and told Jorge and he called someone to fill it up .The truck hand not been cleaned ..I had to scrub grease off the window .Lets tell the entire story !!
