I was let down by their lack of communication. When I first bought my car they were very helpful but when I had a situation with my tire happen they couldn’t help me. I called numerous times and le When I first bought my car they were very helpful but when I had a situation with my tire happen they couldn’t help me. I called numerous times and left 2 messages with my name and number to speak to a person in finance. Nobody ever answered my call or returned my messages. I made 2 trips to Nissan and on the second time someone finally helped me. I spoke with a salesman that took my information and luckily he was working the second time that I showed up. He then went to find someone that could answer my question but there was another associate by the name of Gerardo that was genuinely nice and was concerned with making sure that we got everything taken care of. The associate came back about 5 minutes later to give me my copy of warranty for my tire. Then I asked what my next step should be but he said ,”I have no idea. I’ve never had to deal with that.” Luckily, Gerardo was standing beside him and was able to answer our questions. The other associate just walked off without saying anything else. I was so surprised that they could give me my warranty in 5 minutes yet I had waited a week and half and heard nothing back from them even though I left them my number. My warranty was only good for another week so if I would have continued waiting for them to call me back, I would have missed my warranty opportunity. If it wasn’t for Gerardo I would leave a much worse rating. He helped make this a easier ordeal. More

Okay service, bad customer interactions. I haven't used this dealer since a bad experience a few years ago. I had a recall, so I had to use the dealer. Call to schedule the appointment, the parts department scheduled me, as according to them, the service department didn't have a phone. Took about 10 minutes as he had to relay the information. To service, then come back to the phone. Showed up, waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up in the service area. After I left, got a call to ask if they were replacing one or both airbags. When I went to pick the car up, I waited about 10 minutes again in the service area, to be told the parts department had the paperwork. No issue with the work performed, just the interactions, which were similar to my last visit. More

Courteous, Professional, Knowledgeable. No matter where I buy a car, the process has always been painful overall. Too many aspects to discuss all but I will drill down a little on one. Again, from my experience, this is common across the industry, not intended as a hit on this dealership. We reach an agreement with the sales person and then we are handed off to the finance person for closing. The paper we are handed with the numbers is not the same as the paper we have been working with the last three hours. It takes additional time to get an explanation of what the changes are and why. It is not a clean process. The customer is tired and believes the process is almost over but it is not, this is a disturbing event. Example: the sale price of the new car has been increased $10,000, granted the trade in price has also been increased by the same amount. It is not so much the change as it is the additional process required to explain. There are some other small charges that are broken down on this form that have changed the total slightly, again more explanation. WHAT IS A “DOC FEE”? Who gets it? What is it for? If this is a fee the dealer gets, I am outraged. I am buying a car from you, You hire and pay people a salary to prepare documents. Figure it out. I will stop here. Again, this is industry wide as far as I know. Not intended as a hit on this dealership or more especially the people we worked with on this deal. You get an A+ for your people, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and optimistic. If you can improve the process, you can improve the customer experience. More

Sam in Finance was friendly and courteous but we were misled on a payment plan that would have cost us $500 or more. Not right! Had to wait too long for title cert and tags. Tags & Title was done on 5-17 and we had to wait another 2 weeks to pick them up. Still have not got the Maintenance Schedule we must follow to keep the Dealership Warrenty.
