rear brake noise had a clicking noise every time the rear brakes were applied. Greg confirmed that the noise came from the rear brake area. Horrible customer service 2016 Altima and it needs a new transmission is crazy! In the process of communicating with consumer affairs to get it paid and I assumed since my car 2016 Altima and it needs a new transmission is crazy! Mechanic himself told me my car was not safe to drive and allowed me to drive away with my car! The person I spoke with was friendly but just seemed lost and not sure what to do More

When we arrived, David was waiting outside with the car running, air conditioning on (it was extremely hot outside) and ready for our test drive! Their financing provided a better rate than our credit union, so I would suggest checking out their financing as well. We are a military family, and we are new to the area. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! We have owned a Nissan previously, and after this experience we will definitely be repeat customers! More

A very long wait with no info I had made my appointment at 8am for an oil change prior to Friday and was the first vehicle in line when the service center opened. After 30 minutes, I had made my appointment at 8am for an oil change prior to Friday and was the first vehicle in line when the service center opened. After 30 minutes, the four or so other people waiting had all been spoken to and updated about their vehicles, while I had received no information. After nearly an hour, I went to the payment desk and asked if they knew how much longer it would take for my oil change. The woman at the desk said she had no idea, but a man in the back said he would go check. 5 minutes later, someone finally came into the waiting area and said my vehicle was ready. To be waiting over an hour for an oil change with no updates when my vehicle was the first into the bay is not acceptable. A staff member could have easily informed me if they were running behind. My change oil indicator is also still popping up when I start my vehicle. If not for being told at the time of purchasing my vehicle that I am required to service it at the dealership, I would not be returning. I hope for this to improve in the future. More
