I came in because I had a half off coupon for an oil change. The message did say 30 days after it was sent and it was 30 days exactly they still honored it. I came in and was greeted by a friendly gentlemen who has a funny name “Cash.” He honored my coupon and explained to me the services my car needed because of the miles and since the last time I came in. I really appreciate him taking the time to go over everything carefully. I’m a little older so it really mean a lot when they take their time. Thank you so much tustin for providing me with a positive experience. I have been to many Nissans and this is by far the best one! I’ve had so many bad experiences that I started going to jiffy lube for my o experience. I have been to many Nissans and this is by far the best one! I’ve had so many bad experiences that I started going to jiffy lube for my oil changes but I came back to Tustin nissan for a recall and I will be coming back for all of my services. This team was very courteous and super professional. The wait time was short and my advisor was so helpful when I asked him questions. They also sent me an inspection video which is something new that I’ve never seen. It was an amazing experience and I will be coming back. More
