The night we arrived all the salespeople were very busy but we were greeted by a very nice gentleman, Steve Elich, from the used car department. He was very kind but could not help us with the new vehicles. After waiting around for awhile, we gave Steve our information and left. We asked if he would have the manager send us a quote for a lease. He followed up with multiple emails later that evening and said they would make the lease work for us. We arrived to get the lease, the next morning, and when we got there Steve had also found a used car option for us. He had listened very intently the previous evening to my son, who expressed a lot of interest in a manual transmission vehicle. The used vehicle was actually a better option for us and we purchased that instead of leasing. If Steve would not have been so kind and friendly on our initial visit, we would not be driving a Nissan, new or used. We had an excellent experience thanks to Steve!! More
