Saved the Day I met Doug when I was going to pick up the new car. Doug had actually sold a car to a family member in the past, but I forgot to request his name when I met Doug when I was going to pick up the new car. Doug had actually sold a car to a family member in the past, but I forgot to request his name when I went in. By the time I got the information, I was already assigned to someone else. As a result, I ended up working with another representative for most of the deal. When I was checking out the car, I was disappointed to discover that there were more miles on it than I had anticipated. I brought this up with the previous representative, who didn't seem to care very much. Despite this, I decided to go through with the deal. This was my first car purchase so I had many questions, and it was evident that the previous salesman was getting impatient with me. Furthermore, the aforementioned family member received free all-weather floor mats so I decided to ask for them too. At that point, the previous representative basically scolded me for being ungrateful for all he had done for me. This was when I spoke with the manager, who reassigned me to Doug. Both Doug and the manager were very kind to me and apologized greatly for the way I was treated. They both offered me amenities to make up for my poor experience. Doug was also very patient with all the questions that I had and walked me through the entire process of acquiring the vehicle. He then took time to help me set up the car to my liking and explained all the features and how to use them. By the time I drove off the lot, I was very happy with my purchase. Doug really did save the day. More

Was greeted by a very bright professional, Danna Unrue, who was very clear and prompt in describing what service my car needed. She also determined which coupon I had that would give me the best deal. They gave me a bottle of water while I waited and patched up my tire for free. And of course, I love that they wash the car before giving you the keys back. There were a lot of other cars there for service, yet I was in and out in less than one hour. I would highly recommend Suburban Nissan of Troy for service or purchasing a vehicle. I originally bought my 2009 Murano there and had a great experience with that as well (which says a lot!). Thank you!! Since we own two Nissans, we'll see you again soon!! More
