Hello, thank you for letting us know about your recent visit. I did speak to David the Service Manager, and he did explain that sensors were damaged due to the bump. Unfortunately, these sensors are extremely sensitive therefore would have to be documented as collision as they were damaged due to your vehicle being bumped. As for the services that we were recommending, they were recommendations based on your vehicle year, miles and service history; although they would not have fixed your concern, these are still maintenances that we recommend to keep your vehicle running in the best shape possible.
