Customer service is terrible. Told the oil change will take 2 hrs. After 2.5 hours, I had to call to find out what the status is. Then I was put on hold for 12 minutes and then Told the oil change will take 2 hrs. After 2.5 hours, I had to call to find out what the status is. Then I was put on hold for 12 minutes and then got hung-up. I had to call back 3 more times to finally learned that my car is done. By then, it’s past 3 hr mark! When I arrived to get my car, it took another 20 minutes for them to bring my car out. This was only after I followed up with the advisor and let him know I am very upset! Not only was there a lack of communication, my time was not respected and I had to wait on Nissan of Torrance. I will not return for any services at this place again. I will not recommend this place to my friends either. More
Very disappointed. Changed from Gardena Nissan to you guys but might have to switch back. Very helpful, provided transportation and did a great job fixing my vehicle. It took longer to repair which was inconvenient but there were some major issues and so I am happy that they took the extra time a fixing my vehicle. I’ve been to this dealership three times. The prior two occasions, Richard was my service advisor and he is very nice and knowledgeable. On my recent (third) visit I had Alisa. What bothers me about this dealership is that you wait 10-15 minutes for a service advisor to come and meet when you come in to check in. Each time that was the wait and I have an appointment. They need to do a better job checking people in. More
