I had an appointment for 10am, I was told should be done by noon. So we walked around a couple hours and came back. The person helping me told me your car should be ready soon. Then I found out that my car hadn't even been looked at. I told him I need to talk to the manager. He said ok. Then went and sat at in an office so I walked over and said you must be the manager you and I spoke yesterday about how you wanted me back as a regular customer again. He said yes I remember so what's going on? I said I had an appointment at 10 and it is now noon. I was told my car will be ready soon and it hasn't even been looked at. I know I am here for a recall and you are probably skipping me for paying jobs but I don't have a choice I have to come here since it is a recall. He told me of course we aren't skipping your car it's our work flow. I will go look to see what's going on right now. All of a sudden the service rep came back and told me my car will be done in 15 to 20 if I would like a free car wash it will be longer. I told him no I just want my car. Got my car in 10. I guess it wasn't a work flow issue after all. More
