I arrived on my appointment but they made me wait 30 minutes to be helped. They told me it would be ready in 2 hours. I called 3 hours later, they told me they found that brakes need to be changed and t minutes to be helped. They told me it would be ready in 2 hours. I called 3 hours later, they told me they found that brakes need to be changed and they were arguing about the price with me. Finally I told them to go ahead and change the brakes and they said it will take another 1.5 hrs. So I waited THREE hours more (6 hours after I dropped off my car) and I called them when they said some parts need to be ordered and it will cost nearly 3 times the price they quoted me at the beginning. So I said forget about it and I’m coming to get my car NOW. They said they have to do a test drive and it’s not ready yet! Super bad communication. Nobody calls you to let you know what’s going on! They had the car for 7 hours for a service that would take usually a couple hours. Bad customer service More
Took my 2023 Nissan Titan pro4x XD in because the windshield was installed improperly from the factory and need to be reinstalled or replaced do to air noise and water intrusion the first time i drop windshield was installed improperly from the factory and need to be reinstalled or replaced do to air noise and water intrusion the first time i dropped it off for 3 days as they decided how to fix it then when I picked it up Monday I was told there glass guy was weeks out and to go elsewhere. After that sank in for a couple days i was getting upset how could the dealership nearest to my home could turn me away on a 3 week old and nearly a 70 thousand dollar truck for repairs. in my mind I was thinking what kind of future is in store for the new truck as My old Titan served me a happy 12 years. So then came the second attempt to have the new truck locally repaired and not having to travel out of my own city to find a dealer. Everything was set new windshield ordered and in stock in case it was needed and the glass guy was scheduled so I dropped off the truck and this time they gave me the keys to a loaner. Eight days later I picked up my truck after I worked a 14 hour day.I said thanks did a quick walk around the truck and jumped in as not even 5 minutes in to the drive home I noticed the dent in the hood as seen from the drivers seat and texted the dealer ship about it before I even opened the door of the truck as I arrived home. That made me look around the truck even more damage as I found the door drivers door edge protector to be damaged down to the pain as it appeared to be resting against a wall for a period of time. There also was some clear like adhesive in various spots of interior of the truck. The vin number under the windshield is also currently covered with a small piece of black windshield adhesive. The dealership service manger sent me a text once as he wanted to see the truck. A couple days later I stopped by when the dealership service department opened to find out he works different hours than the rest of the service department not sure how that work’s being a manager and all.I was told to leave the truck. There was no way I was leaving my truck at that dealership again just to find more damage and future frustration upon pickup mind you this dealership is tiny parking is tight and vehicles are packed like sardines and I my truck is huge. The manager nor the service writer ever contacted me again. I have cleaned up the mess of glue and tidied up the door edge. So now I’m down to having the dent repaired via PDR and the nexemo door edge protector replaced. Feel free to contact me Nissan of Torrance you have my number. Robert M More
Went in for regular maintenance. Ended up needing other stuff. I was worried about not having a vehicle for the weekend. But they were quick to give me a loaner.
