Hello Elizabeth I did try to go back to the dealership a couple days after at 7 am when the service department first opened and was told the service manager works 9 to 5 and I’d have to leave the truck so they could inspect it or to come back at a later time. I just got off work (aircraft mechanic) and leaving the truck there didn’t seem like a option I wanted to do based solo off on my past experience and the damage that was done to my less then 3 month old truck. This is my second Titan! I traded my 2010 that I bought new for the 2023 Titan pro4x XD. My old truck was serviced its first 7 years of ownership while under warranty at a dealership in carson California before Nissan of Torrance existed and I never had an issue with them. You are my local dealer less than 2 miles away from my house here in Torrance California and in all honesty I don’t feel comfortable taking my truck there anymore. I wish I could go back and correct my spelling on the first review as I was very angry and frustrated on how this could happen to my near 70 thousand dollar truck!
