Poor customer service, advisor didn’t seem to know what she was doing, inconsiderate of my time, told me she sent photos for claim when they didn’t have the photos, wasted my time and called the wrong warr she was doing, inconsiderate of my time, told me she sent photos for claim when they didn’t have the photos, wasted my time and called the wrong warranty company, wasting my time and delaying the service even more, failed to put new oil change sticker with new date, etc. More
