This doesn't reflect Torrance Nissan in anyways. However my 2012 Murano with mear 52700 Miles required CVT Transmission replacement and Air Conditioner Blower had to be replaced as well. I called Nissan North America who were not much help, although there is a Class Action Law Suit for the Transmission Issue, they ignored stating that my Car is passed Warranty period. Anyways Alisa Retunski was very pleasant, helpful and enjoyable to deal with and she made/took every effort to help me out by lowering my Bill. I thank Alisa and her Manager. Thank you Nissan of Torrance from the bottom of my heart. Wish your headquarters were more empathic since I own a Nissan Murano and an Altima and been bragging about it to all my Friends and relatives. However I will have to rethink about Nissan and my future Car purchases. More
The service representative for my appointment was argumentative and did not follow my request nor her supervisors when it came to my service communication protocol requested. Had to deal with management and service technician directly because of her constant disregard of my request and her attitude. I've been coming to Nissan Torrance since 2018, but due to the lack of qualified service representatives they are no longer my service provider of choice and nor do I recommend them anymore. I do have hope for improvement because of the current Service Manager David Campos and Operations Manager Jonathan Ong. More
This was my first time at Nissan Torrance, we recently relocated from Las Vegas, NV. Had following issues: 1. Car wasn't washed when it was delivered for pickup after completion of service 2. Had never seen that light before. For both the issues, had to return to Alisha's desk to have it corrected. These should have been addressed proactively prior to delivering the vehicle. Positive experience: 1. Alisha was proactive in recommending services, based on her initial assessment of the vehicle. 2. Coordinated well in arranging a drop off and pick up services. More
