I was told it would take about 2 hours maybe a little less so at 2 hours I heard nothing from the representative and I saw she was not there so I asked another rep and he told me the car was ready give t less so at 2 hours I heard nothing from the representative and I saw she was not there so I asked another rep and he told me the car was ready give them 15 minutes to wash the car after 30 more minutes I asked the same person and they said again it should be ready soon shortly after than Alisa came back and I went over to her and she the process led me out. I also wanted to mention that I waited for over 5 minutes to speak with another one if your reps and he continued to talk with a co worker and never acknowledged so that is when I found the other gentleman and asked him for help. Not to mention when I came in the same gentleman (he sits next on the side of Alisa the rude one was eating meat and rice that was really smelly and I thought very unprofessional) He never acknowledged me from the beginning so I was glad when Alisa came to her station and asked to help me. The one thing I have experienced many times coming there for services is that many of the reps even though they may at times be in the phone they don't greet the customers right away they tend to let the fussy and there before they acknowledge them why no think there could be a better way. More
