My car wouldn't start on Christmas Eve, so I brought it in to Nissan of Torrance. Even though the Service Center was closed, the office staff was helpful in getting me situated. The morning after Christmas, I got the call to see what we needed to do. Manny, the Service Advisor, was excellent to work with and so very helpful! He answered all my questions and was very thoughtful and understanding of my situation. He was responsive and kept me updated on the progress of my car service. He ensured my car was washed and ready on time, making a daunting situation so much better. More
