I was “helped” by 2 people, so to speak. I had supposedly the 1st morning appointment so I would not lose much of my work shift. I arrived 10 minutes early and there was no one in the servic I had supposedly the 1st morning appointment so I would not lose much of my work shift. I arrived 10 minutes early and there was no one in the service drive, so after several minutes, I walked into the service office and there was only one employee there, Manny. I told him I had a 715am appointment and he told me to go sit down in the customer waiting room, i asked him if he wanted my keys, he said no. I waited for about 30 minutes and no Manny came by to help me! I walked over to the service office area and he was helping walk-ins! By now Richard was there and he was also helping someone else. So i stood there for about 10 minutes, until Richard finished his customer and i walked up to him and asked him what was going on, why are you folks helping other customers when I had the 1st appointment and Manny told me to sit down in the waiting room? He apologized and immediately checked me in, took my keys, and said he would expedite my service. I should've been out the door back to work by then! After that it was a quick turnaround on my car, but by then i was utterly frustrated and disappointed in the lack of attention by Manny. He clearly forgot me or ignored me. Either of which is a failure of customer service. The whole point of getting the first appointment was lost on him. Thank God for Richard. More
